Please feel free to contact us regarding delivery times, many of our items are kept in stock, others need to be ordered. These variables mean that delivery times may vary from item to item but is usually from 2-4 weeks.
Please refer to your confirmation tax invoice as this gives you your order number which you can useto refer to when contacting us. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you up dated with the status of your order. Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.
Postage and handling info
We make use of Australia Post Services and various courier companies. If you require, courier delivery within Australia, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
We offer a number of different payment methods:
For speed and reliability, credit cards are our preferred option. Credit card orders are charged on the day the product is ordered.
For EFT, after you confirm the order you will be provided with our account details.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition* with a copy of your receipt to us via prepaid shipping within 14 days of receipt. We will happily replace your returned product with an alternative choice or issue a credit. Unfortunately, your postage charges on return are not refundable.
*Original condition means unused, unmarked and in original packaging.
