Shipping, Payment and Returns
Please feel free to contact us regarding delivery times. Virtually all of our items are kept in stock, but others may need to be ordered. These variables mean that delivery times are usually from within 24 hours for stocked items, and 48 hours for items we need to print. Bulk products will take a little longer to arrive.
Please refer to your tax invoice and invoice number as this gives you your order number which you can use to refer to when contacting us. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you up dated with the status of your order. Payment in full must be received within agreed terms to facilitate despatch of any new orders.
We make use of Courier Services (Star track and Toll).
All prices are in Australian dollars, ad do not include GST, which is shown separately on the invoice.
We offer a number of different payment methods:
- secure online credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard) using Shopify
- EFT (direct deposit)
For speed and reliability, credit cards are our preferred option. Credit card orders are charged on the day the product is despatched, pending card approval.
For EFT, after you confirm the order you will be provided with our account details.
Terms are available to approved customers, after signing off our standard terms and conditions of sale.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition* with a copy of your invoice to us via prepaid shipping within 7 days of receipt. We will happily replace your returned product with an alternative choice or issue a credit. We cannot give any cash refunds, and goods properly delivered as per order will incur a 10% handling fee.
*Original condition means unused, unmarked and in original packaging.
